Our policies will ensure that all clients get serviced
in a relaxing and timely manner.
We try to provide a relaxing atmosphere while providing services. Please limit bringing additional people with you to your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the session unless treatment sessions have been previously purchased .e.g. gift certificate, voucher. Cash,Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted methods of payment. There is an additional 7% tax added to each service.
No refunds are extended for services or products
The time and date you select is especially reserved for you. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a deposit to rebook.
We regret we cannot extend appointments due to tardiness and you will be responsible for the cost of the appointment. Please be considerate of those appointments following yours by arriving on time. Once you are 15 minutes tardy for your appointment, you are considered a no-show.
It is in our culture to ensure everyone is happy with the service they receive. In the event you are unhappy with your lashes you have 48 hours from the time of your appointment for a repair or removal at no additional cost. It is your responsibility to let us know. Any notification outside of this timeframe will be charged the full menu price.
Our cancellation/no show policy applies to gift certificate and voucher holders. Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
